Well unfortunately the bush fire tragedies continued over the Christmas/New Year period and for many it was simply horrific. As per our previous message, our thoughts go out to all those directly or indirectly affected.
In these trying times we understand that people are likely to suffer from three forms of chaos, being;
· Emotional
· Organisational, and
· Financial
We are happy to help where we can and please remember that most Financial and Insurance institutions are offering relief for those who have been directly impacted by the fires. Whether this is via putting loan payments on hold, waiving premiums for a period of time, or trying to speed up claims, most are genuinely trying to help out.
If you are experiencing difficulties or just as importantly, know someone who is, I’d encourage you to make contact with us or your relevant institution to see what they can do to make things a little more bearable.
Let’s hope the recent rain is a positive sign of things to come and in time people can start to rebuild, both emotionally and physically.
